Description of Torreon #3

El Torreón Condos are located right on the beach front road named Avenida del Mar, Avenue of the Sea, in beautiful San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. You are just a stones throw away from the beach. Wake up to the sounds of the ocean and at dusk view spectacular Pacific Ocean sunsets. El Torreón condos are close to restaurants, shops, cafes, bars, nightclubs, ATMs, surf board rentals, local tour providers and other public services. In other words, El Torreón centrally is located. No need for a car because San Juan del Sur is easily accessible by foot.

The El Torreón building was built in 2006 to the highest standards of quality by American contractors. The first floor contains retail spaces and the second to fourth floor contain the condos the we affectionately call El Torreón 2, 3 and 4. In the rear there is a common area with a swimming pool and an outdoor shower to clean off all the sand from the beach after a nice swim in the ocean. The units are accessed via a stairwell. There is 24 hour security, maid service (upon request). Each unit is equipped with a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. Hot water is supplied by an on-demand heating system. All units have cable and internet access.
